A former Goldwell Educator and Show Team Member, Justin is known for his artistry, leadership, and commitment to excellence in the beauty industry.
Alongside his wife, Jenna Ferrara—a talented stylist and colorist—Justin leads Hair Machine Salon with a mission to ensure that every client leaves loving their hair. His philosophy is simple: 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
Beyond the salon, Justin and Jenna share a beautiful life together with their three children, Juliana, Joey, and Johnluca. When they’re not creating stunning transformations behind the chair, you’ll find them enjoying life on the water—fishing, boating, jet skiing, and exploring new destinations around the world.

A true Hair Machine success story, Jenna Ferrara began her journey over a decade ago as an apprentice and through dedication, creativity, and relentless passion, rose to become a Goldwell Master Stylist and Colorist. Known for her expertise in hair extensions—particularly Great Lengths—Jenna is also certified with multiple top extension brands and is widely sought after for her bridal styling, often teaming up with industry favorites Matt Gucci and Lindsey to create unforgettable wedding looks.
Outside the salon, Jenna’s heart belongs to the water. Whether she’s fishing, jet skiing, or relaxing on the beach, she lives for sunshine and sea air—and believes there’s no such thing as too many vacations. A proud mom of three beautiful children, Jenna dreams of owning a farm one day… though she’ll happily let her husband, Justin, handle the animal care duties.
